Homeless Prevention and Response Worker Rochdale £15.33 per hour + holiday pay To start immediately Temporary until December 2026 Our client Morgan Hunt are working with a charity who are looking to recruit a temporary Homeless Prevention and Response Worker for their hub in Rochdale. This is a temporary post until December 2026. Working hours are Monday - Friday and this is to start immediately. The role As a Homeless Prevention and Response Worker, you will be responsible for; Providing crisis intervention and a range of holistic support service's and interventions to vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness. Working in a holistic way with a focus on preventing homelessness and improving the health and wellbeing of adults with multiple and complex needs. You will work in conjunction with the borough Homelessness assessment outreach team to input into and develop Personalised Housing Plans (PHPs) for individuals experiencing homelessness and provide ongoing support to sustain positive outcomes. Identifying support needs and empowering individuals with complex needs to access appropriate services (including DAAT, Mental health and counselling).
