We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Support Tenant Engagement to provide leadership cover during a period of long-term absence until end of November. Working across five supported housing sites in Fulham, West London, and Aldershot (with hybrid working available), you will provide a steady and confident leadership presence while driving forward key service priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting teams delivering high-quality support services to veterans of all ages.
  • Providing strategic and operational leadership for tenant engagement activities.
  • Overseeing the migration to a new case management database.
  • Reviewing and updating relevant policies and procedures.
  • Leading and delivering a range of service improvement and development projects.
  • Ensuring services remain effective, compliant, and focused on positive outcomes for residents.
