We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Building Surveyor to join our Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of surveying experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of responsive repairs and void works across our housing portfolio. You will assist with property inspections, diagnosing building defects, preparing specifications, liaising with contractors, monitoring quality, and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of responsive repairs and void works from inspection through to completion.

  • Undertake pre- and post-inspections, quality assurance checks, and snagging inspections.
