A Glasgow based Housing Association are seeking an experienced Temporary Senior Maintenance Officer to support the delivery of high-quality maintenance and asset management services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee responsive, void, planned and cyclical maintenance works
  • Manage contractor performance, quality and compliance
  • Carry out property inspections and monitor repairs
  • Support health & safety and property compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and support performance reporting
  • Deliver excellent customer service and value for money

About you:

  • Experience in housing/property maintenance or asset management
  • Knowledge of compliance and health & safety requirements
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This temporary role is expected to last 3-6 months and would be to start ASAP.
