Company: A very reputable large multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with multiple offices throughout the UK. They are currently engaged in a number of projects ranging in size across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Mixed-Use and more. The Role:

  • Lead the electrical design and coordination of building services projects
  • Manage projects from feasibility through to detailed design and site delivery
  • Oversee and review electrical calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings
  • Provide technical leadership to engineers within the team
  • Attend client meetings and represent the business professionally
  • Support commercial activities
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Significant experience within a Building Services consultancy
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services systems
  • Experience leading projects and managing client relationships
  • Proficiency in industry software including Revit, AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux, or similar
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Degree qualification in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
  • Chartered status or working towards chartership (CIBSE/IET desirable)
