�? Join Our Team as a Caseworker �?

We believe in creating a world where women and girls are safe, free, valued, and empowered members of society. We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Caseworker to join our team and walk alongside women on their journey towards stability, safety, and independence.

?? About the Role

As a Caseworker, you'll provide holistic, person-centred support to women with complex needs. This role is about so much more than meeting targets – it's about empowering women to make positive changes, advocating for their needs, and ensuring they never feel like "just a number."You will:

  • Build trusted relationships with women, creating tailored support plans using the Women's Risk and Needs Assessment (WRNA).
  • Empower women to overcome challenges by connecting them with services, resources, and opportunities.
  • Advocate for women at multi-agency meetings (such as MARAC and safeguarding case conferences).
  • Keep accurate, high-quality records so colleagues can step in seamlessly when needed.
  • Actively contribute to the community by welcoming women into the centre, supporting colleagues, and engaging in activities, fundraising, and events.
  • Take part in reception/Drop-In/Charity Shop duties once a week, ensuring all visitors receive a warm welcome.
