The Finance Assistant role is based in York, working for a nationally recognised charity focused on the health and wellbeing of children, young people and families. You will support the finance team by maintaining purchase and sales ledgers and ensuring supplier transactions are accurately authorised.
You will monitor the Finance inbox, process invoices, check authorisations, maintain supplier records, and reconcile accounts while liaising with suppliers, customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
