We are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join our team working on social housing properties in and around Fife.

The Role

  • Carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work within occupied and void social housing properties.
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently and safely.
  • Completing testing, inspection, and certification work as required.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with current regulations and health safety standards.
  • Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified Electrician (SVQ Level 3, NVQ Level 3, City Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations qualification (18th Edition preferred).
  • Experience working within domestic properties; social housing experience is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
