We're looking for a confident and resilient Perpetrator Programme Facilitator to join our Spotlight Programme, part of the Reach Out Domestic Abuse Service. You'll manage a caseload of individuals who have used abusive behaviours towards partners or family members, delivering a structured 13-week behaviour change programme designed to challenge and reduce abusive behaviour. This role requires someone who can confidently facilitate challenging conversations and role-play scenarios while remaining fair, professional and empathetic.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out pre-programme assessments to determine suitability for the Spotlight Programme.
- Delivering intensive one-to-one and group interventions with perpetrators of domestic abuse.
- Prioritising the safety and wellbeing of survivors and children in all aspects of your work.
- Working with a diverse range of service users, including individuals with mental ill health and complex needs.
- Collaborating closely with Women's Safety Officers and Intervention Specialists within the Reach Out Domestic Abuse Service to ensure a coordinated, victim-centred approach.
