Examinations Coordinator - 6 month temporary role - Hybrid 2 days in the office 3 days remote - 35 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking an Examinations Coordinator to support the development, production, and quality assurance of examination materials.

This role involves working closely with internal teams and panels to ensure smooth delivery of examination activities and logistics.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support and coordinate the piloting of new scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and perform quality assurance checks for examination materials.
  • Organise and deliver pilot sessions and development activities.
  • Support the on-site delivery of exams and post-exam processes.
  • Assist with personalised feedback for candidates and examiner recruitment training.
  • Ensure the dispatch of relevant materials for exams and process candidate applications as needed.

Person Specification

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn bespoke systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
  • Experience in coordinating events or projects.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away overnight as needed.
  • Experience in an examinations or assessment environment (desirable).
