Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a Estates Services Caretaker to work with an Housing Trust based in Middlesex on a Permanent basis. The details of the job are below:Hours: Full-time 36 hours 7.30am to 15.30pm Mon - FriSalary: £26,583 per year Location: MiddlesexMust have full clean driving licence company van will be provided.Job Role:Your typical day could start with carrying out internal communal area lighting checks and replacing blown light bulbs. Then you might be carrying out a range of cleaning activities in allocated areas.As an Estate Services Caretaker, you'll be providing a high quality, customer focused caretaking service. With a particular focus on maintaining our estates, you'll actively work in partnership with key colleagues to manage effective service delivery, developing and improving Trust's caretaking services to residents and ensuring we take full account of residents' needs.You're a people person who likes to get things done. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you're first rate at delivering excellent customer care. To be successful in this role you'll need to be on site five days a week.Your role covers all aspects of caretaking/cleaning services. If you're a customer focused individual, then we want to hear from you.To be a success in this role, you're:· Have a full, clean UK driving licence.· Experienced within a caretaking/cleaning environment.· Able to demonstrate practical experience in the use of powered equipment.A company van will be provided in order for you to undertake your duties.Here are just a few of the benefits of working at the Trust: This role will require a Basic DBS check.
