Morgan Hunt is recruiting for an Estates Services Caretaker to work with a Housing Trust based in East London on a Permanent basis. The details of the job are below:
- Hours: Full-time 36 hours 8am to 16.00pm Mon - Fri
- Salary: £26,583 per year
- Location: East London
Job Role:
Your typical day could start with a variety of cleaning activities around our communal areas such as estate roads, grassed and paved areas, courtyard or garaged areas, service roads, foot paths and playgrounds. Then you might be tasked to handle residents' issues efficiently and reporting back any concerns to your area manager.
As an Estate Services Caretaker, you'll be providing a high quality, customer focused caretaking service. With a particular focus on maintaining our estates, you'll actively work in partnership with key colleagues to manage effective service delivery, developing and improving trust's caretaking services to residents and ensuring we take full account of residents' needs.
You're a people person who likes to get things done. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you're first rate at delivering excellent customer care. To be successful in this role you'll need to be on site five days a week.
Your role covers all aspects of environmental caretaking/cleaning services. If you're a customer focused individual, then we want to hear from you.
