Morgan Hunt currently require a Estates Operations Manager for Housing Trust based in North London/South West London on a Temporary basisPay Rate : £42.02ph Ltd Hours:35 hrs Mon to Fri - 9am and 17.00pm - Hybrid working available depending on site needs and team requirements.Location: Based across three locations x 1 North London/ x 2 South West LondonDuration : 3 month on going contractEssential Requirements: Level 4 in Leasehold Management (or equivalent) - candidates working towards this qualification welcome significant experience with multi-tenure estates and service charge management Recent experience creating large-scale estate management strategies Team management experience with property professionals and multi-skilled operatives Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
Main Responsibility
We are seeking an experienced Estates Operations Manager to lead and manage a team of estate management staff, delivering exceptional services across multi-tenure properties in accordance with housing trust Placemaking Principles. Key Responsibilities: Manage large service contracts and deliver first-class customer service to residents across all tenure types Lead estate management teams to achieve property management targets effectively and economically Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire risk assessments, and regulatory requirements Build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders whilst monitoring performance against SLAs Manage service charges, rents, and maintenance contracts in line with tenancy agreements. Handle complaints processes and deliver quality responses within established procedures Provide high-quality business reports and presentations to management teams Excellent IT skills and data analysis capabilities
