Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Full Time | Permanent

The Role

You will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Level 1 and Level 2 Plumbing programmes, supporting learners to develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and behaviours required for employment, apprenticeships and further study. Alongside core Plumbing delivery, you will also support the development of renewable technologies provision within a modern Clean Energy Centre, including Air Source Heat Pump installation and sustainable construction technologies. You will play an active role in curriculum development, learner support and the continued growth of future-focused green skills training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Plumbing programmes
  • Support curriculum development to ensure programmes remain industry relevant
  • Build positive relationships with employers and industry partners
  • Assist with the delivery and development of renewable technologies provision

Essential Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or Building Services
  • Strong industry experience within Plumbing and/or Building Services Engineering
  • Knowledge of current industry standards and safe working practices
