English LecturerFull time and Part time options availableUp to £38 per hourWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English Lecturer to join a college in Banbury on a hourly-paid basis. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective lessons in GCSE English and Functional Skills to learners aged 16-18, supporting them to achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching in GCSE and/or Functional Skills English to 16-18-year-old learners.
  • Plan and assess lessons to meet a range of learner needs, ensuring progress and achievement.
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience teaching in a college environment or delivering GCSE and Functional Skills English to 16-18-year-olds.
