You will deliver engaging programmes from Entry Level to Level 2, embedding Functional Skills and GCSE English and maths where required. This role suits a learner-focused tutor who values pastoral support, quality teaching, and positive outcomes. You will be based on-site in Coventry with some local travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess Employability, Personal and Social Development, and sector taster units from Entry Level to Level 2.
- Embed Functional Skills and GCSE English and maths within vocational and employability delivery.
- Differentiating teaching to meet diverse needs and promote positive classroom behaviour and engagement.
- Set clear learning targets, monitor progress, and implement timely interventions to drive achievement.
- Prepare learners for internal and external assessments, coursework, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records, ILPs, and attendance using approved ICT and tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
