Morgan Hunt are working with an ambitious Training Provider who are looking to appoint their next Centre Manager in East London. The primary objective of this role is to oversee the provider's quality, compliance and delivery. This is a full-time permanent role paying up to £40,000 and will be based on site 5 days per week.
The Centre Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing delivery of qualifications such as Health and Social Care, Business Admin and Customer Service
- Overseeing compliance with sector bodies including Awarding Organisations, Ofsted and ESFA
- Collaborating with SMT to ensure growth plans are achieved
- Streamlining office administration and processes
- Designing and implementing learning strategies
- Budget management
The Centre Manager will need to have:
- Assessor or Training qualifications
- Proven track record of managing a successful provision within Further Education
- Knowledge of the Apprenticeship sector
- The ability to demonstrate strong quality and compliance knowledge of sector bodies
- Competent data skills in regards to producing reports and budget management
