About the role:

This Finance Business Partner role sits within a Scotland based housing organisation where the focus isn't just on producing numbers, but on helping teams understand and use them. What you'll be doing:

  • Produce monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis
  • Work directly with budget holders and service managers
  • Explain financial performance across areas such as income, staffing, and service costs
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Help identify trends and support decision-making across teams
  • Present financial information to groups of stakeholders across the organisation
