Location: Eastleigh | Payrate: UPTO £14 PAYE | Hours: 37 per week | Fixed Term Contract Role
We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join a dynamic Purchase Ledger team on a 6-month fixed term contract. If you're passionate about finance and want to contribute to a housing site, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and match invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
- Handle creditor queries, providing top-notch customer service
- Manage supplier accounts, credit notes, and HMRC CIS compliance
- Improve team KPIs and contribute to operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in finance or accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Basic Excel skills and the ability to manage high transaction volumes
