Exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading Education organisation in Doncaster. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager you will lead the full recruitment cycle across the organisation.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
- Sourcing high quality candidates through job boards, social media and other methods
- Taking part in recruitment fairs, webinars and promotional campaigns
- Maintaining and updating their recruitment system
- Producing recruitment reports and evaluating campaign performance

You should be a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience of managing the full recruitment cycle. Ideally you will have worked within the Education sector however this is not essential.
