This role focuses on driving innovation, digitalisation and cultural change to enhance organizational performance. You will work across multiple workstreams, including business improvement, digital transformation, and service design, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive digitalization and channel shift strategies to improve customer and employee experiences.
- Support the development of collaborative hubs to foster innovation and service alignment.
- Provide project management expertise, ensuring resources and leadership support are in place.
