Morgan Hunt have partnered with an established Charity who are recruiting for a Deputy Centre Manager in Hemel Hempstead and North London. The primary objective of this role is to oversee the providers quality, compliance and delivery. This is a full time permanent role paying up to £39,000 and will be based on site 5 days per week.
The Deputy Centre Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the programme delivery
- Overseeing compliance with sector bodies including Awarding Organisations, Ofsted and ESFA
- Collaborating with SMT to ensure growth plans are achieved
- Supporting with the organisations quality plans
- Designing and implementing learning strategies
- Budget management
The Deputy Centre Manager will need to have:
- Knowledge of post 16 further education specifically Employability and Apprenticeships
- Proven track record of managing a successful provision within Further Education
- The ability to demonstrate strong quality and compliance knowledge of sector bodies
- Competent data skills in regards to producing reports and budget management
- Access to their own car and be flexible to travel across Hemel Hempstead and North London
