We\’re looking for an inspiring Curriculum Manager to lead our English provision. You\’ll drive curriculum innovation, raise standards of teaching and learning, and ensure students achieve their best in Functional Skills, GCSE English, and Essential Digital Skills. What you\’ll do: Lead and develop English and Essential Skills programmes, including GCSE (youth and adult), Functional Skills, and Essential Digital Skills. Oversee teaching quality, student progress, attendance, and achievement. Manage English teams, supporting staff through mentoring, coaching, and collaborative practice. Lead on quality improvement and work with vocational staff delivering Functional Skills. Support student success through strong pastoral programmes and effective progression routes. Manage budgets, course viability, and external quality processes. Build external links and bring best practice into the College. Carry out allocated teaching & associated duties in an appropriate curriculum area. About you: Experience teaching and managing English provision (GCSE and Functional Skills). A strong track record in quality improvement and staff development. Excellent organisational, communication, and team-building skills.
