We are recruiting a Housing Support Worker to support adults, including individuals recently released from probation services, helping them build stability and move towards independent living.

Location: Coventry

Pay Rate: £18 - £19/per hour (Umbrella)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 housing-related support
  • Develop and manage individual support plans
  • Complete risk assessments and support medium-risk clients
  • Carry out health & safety and property checks
  • Support with budgeting and financial management
  • Assist with benefits and tenancy sustainment
  • Develop clients' independent living and life skills

About You:

  • Experience in housing support, substance misuse, or employability
  • Experience supporting medium-risk clients, including ex-offenders
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and risk management
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
