Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor to support a major building safety and fire remediation programme. You'll work closely with the delivery team to manage costs, ensure value for money, and help deliver safe, compliant residential buildings.Responsibilities Lead on cost planning, forecasting, and reporting across multiple remediation projectsReview and approve contractor valuations and invoicesHandle procurement, tenders, and contract preparationIdentify and manage commercial risks and change eventsSupport contractual negotiations, claims, and dispute resolutionMaintain accurate cost records, reports, and commercial documentation
