Morgan Hunt are looking for winter maintenance drivers to work with a large organisation to help keep the roads safe during the winter months months. This role is essential for ensuring public safety, and we're offering flexible working options to suit your lifestyle. Key Working Hours: Morning Patrol: 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM Evening Patrol: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM These patrols are key hours, but outside of these hours, we're happy to offer flexibility. Whether you want to work full days or prefer a more adaptable schedule, we've got you covered. If you want to discuss hours, please get in touch - we can be flexible! Key Responsibilities: Operate Class 2 HGV vehicles to carry out gritting patrols. Ensure roads are safe and clear during winter conditions. Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines. Work off the vehicle undertaking other duties. What We're Looking For: A valid Class 2 HGV driving license. Experience driving HGV vehicles (bonus points for winter gritting experience!). A strong understanding of road safety regulations. Reliability and the ability to work in challenging weather conditions.
