Hours: 37.5 hrs 09:00am to 17:00pm Mon to Fri
Location: Central London
Duration: 4 months ongoing contract
Enhanced DBS required or willing to undertake DBS check.
Suitable candidates: A working knowledge of HACCP - Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points, Food Allergens, Food Safety, Electronic Meal Ordering System is needed to excel in this role.
Scope of the role: The Catering Admin Support Officer role will play a key role in supporting the Catering Team Performance and administration in the implementation and management of the Catering service delivery model. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, collating and analysing performance information to feed into reports for the Trust Board and Directorate Performance meetings. The role will provide support for the Catering department management in ensuring all reports and papers are co-ordinated within the necessary timescales, action notes captured and updated and work with teams in preparation for the meetings. The candidate will be a key member of the Catering Service team and has responsibility for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, keeping of information and records that allow the catering service to operate. They will work closely with the Trust Finance team in the overall administration.
