An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Caseworker to support women experiencing substance misuse alongside multiple and complex needs. The role will provide trauma-informed, holistic support to help women improve their wellbeing, stability and independence.

- Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of women experiencing substance misuse and complex needs.
- Provide holistic, trauma-informed one-to-one support and develop individual support plans.
- Complete assessments, monitor progress and work towards positive outcomes.
- Support women with housing, benefits, healthcare, drug treatment, employment and other practical needs.
- Attend MARAC, safeguarding meetings, court appointments and other multi-agency meetings.
- Maintain accurate case records, referrals, interventions and outcome data.
- Build effective partnerships with substance misuse, prescribing and rehabilitation services.
- Provide support around self-harm, suicidal ideation, safety planning and other vulnerabilities.
- Signpost and refer women to appropriate specialist services.
