We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Building Services Technician to join a well-established FE College in London on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality Building Services education, working closely with lecturers and students across practical and workshop-based learning environments.
The Role: As a Building Services Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of practical sessions, maintaining specialist equipment and workshops, and ensuring students have access to a safe and effective learning environment. You will work closely with curriculum teams to support the successful delivery of Building Services programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing workshops, tools, equipment, and materials for practical lessons
- Supporting lecturers and learners during practical sessions
- Maintaining and servicing equipment and specialist resources
- Managing stock levels and ordering materials where required
- Ensuring workshops and learning environments comply with health and safety regulations
