We are recruiting for Young Person Workers to support Looked After Children, Care Leavers aged 16-17, and Adults at Risk within supported accommodation services.

Location: Various locations across the region

Working Hours: Full-time | Flexible shifts including weekends & sleep-ins

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-to-one support and key working sessions
  • Complete support plans, risk assessments, and case recordings
  • Support young people with independent living skills including budgeting, cooking, tenancy readiness, and accessing services
  • Work alongside social workers, housing teams, and external agencies
  • Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes

Experience Required:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable young people or adults with complex needs
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed support
  • Good communication, report writing, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads and work independently
