Job Description
Morgan Hunt are seeking a skilled Electrician to work with a large maintenance organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) in both tenanted and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:
/n

- Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) in tenanted and void properties.
/n
- Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
/n
- Carry out remedial repairs identified during EICR checks.
/n
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
/n
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
/n
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
/n
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
/n
/n
Qualifications:
/n
/n
- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent.
/n
- Relevant certifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
/n
- 18th Edition Electrical Qualification is mandatory.
/n
/n
Experience Requirements:
/n
/n
- Must have experience conducting EICR checks in residential properties.
/n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
/n
- Experience in local government or public sector is advantageous.
/n
/n
37 hours per week
/n
Ongoing long term contract
