Job Description
Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector client to recruit an AI Trainer on a contract basis. The main focus of the role is to provide hands-on training for their AI and data programme. This role focuses on leading the design, delivery, and ongoing management of AI upskillingupskilling programmes. The successful candidate will provide practical, policy-aligned training to staff at all levels.Key responsibilities:
- Delivering mandatory AI and data training
- Creating practical Copilot scenarios in Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Embedding responsible AI behaviours such as human oversight, accuracy checks, bias awareness, and lawful use
The role requires:
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI training at scale, with measurable adoption and compliance outcomes in large organisations.
- Strong knowledge of responsible AI use in the public sector
- Ability to translate complex policy into practical, accessible training across technical and non-technical staff
- Demonstrable skill in creating interactive, real-world Copilot use cases, including safety calloutscallouts and verification steps to reinforce compliant usage.
- Advanced reporting and analyticsanalytics capability, delivering adoption insights, completion rates, and improvement plans for leadership teams.
