As the Strategic Investment & Asset Intelligence Lead, you will lead the strategic management of housing assets through data-driven insights, long-term investment planning, and evidence-based strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic asset management plans.
- Provide expert analysis of asset performance, investment needs, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term investment plans, including lifecycle modeling and option appraisals.
- Ensure the integrity and governance of asset data, driving continuous improvement in data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align asset strategies with organizational goals.
- Prepare high-quality reports and recommendations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives focused on decarbonization, sustainability, and value for money.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in strategic asset management, investment planning, or property strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A track record of developing and implementing long-term investment strategies.
- Knowledge of housing asset compliance, Decent Homes standards, and sustainability initiatives.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in asset management or investment analysis are a plus.
