PROJECT WORKER - WESTMINSTER Location: Westminster - working across 8 properties Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Weekend: 1 weekend per month on a rota Contract: 2-month minimum assignment with potential for extension Caseload: Around 10 clients We're recruiting for a Project Worker to support clients who have moved on from 24-hour hostel services into semi-independent accommodation . You'll work across 8 properties in Westminster , providing practical and emotional support to clients as they develop their independence, maintain their accommodation and move towards greater stability. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of around 10 clients. Provide regular 1-2-1 support and practical assistance. Support clients with independent living skills and maintaining their accommodation. Assist with housing, benefits, health, substance misuse and other support needs. Liaise with external agencies and partner organisations. Complete support plans, risk assessments and case notes. Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
