Job Title: Special Needs Job Coach - Northampton
Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week
About the Role / Job Summary:
As a Special Needs Job Coach in Northampton, you will play a crucial role in empowering special needs learners, providing them with employability coaching and supporting them in securing job outcomes. This position involves working closely with learners in the classroom and engaging with local employers to facilitate work placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist learners in the classroom environment.
- Conduct job coaching sessions to enhance employability skills.
- Offer pastoral support to learners.
- Collaborate with tutors to ensure program completion.
- Engage with local employers to secure work placement opportunities.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience working with learners with special educational needs.
- Flexibility to travel across Northampton and surrounding areas.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Minimum of Grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
