Interim Culture and Change Lead, 2-3 months - Local Government - London (Hybrid) - Β£762.31 per day (Umbrella)
Our client a public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Culture & Change Lead to help shape its future culture, organisational effectiveness, and employee experience.
The role
- Lead the organisation's culture, engagement, organisational development and change agenda.
- Develop and deliver organisation-wide culture change and organisational effectiveness programmes.
- Lead employee engagement activity, including people surveys, listening programmes and culture diagnostics.
- Turn data and insight into practical interventions with measurable impact.
- Lead organisational design, ensuring structures, operating models and ways of working support effective service delivery.
- Partner with senior leaders and teams across HR, Strategy, Transformation and Communications.
- Support leaders to successfully navigate and embed organisational change.
About you
You will bring:
- Significant experience in organisational development and culture change within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong experience of employee engagement, organisational design and diagnostics.
- A proven track record of supporting change and transformation.
- Confidence influencing, coaching and challenging senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and evidence to shape interventions.
- A strategic mindset combined with a strong focus on practical delivery and measurable outcomes.
