Part time Enhancement Worker - Women's Centre Salary: £10,996.33 pro rata (£27,490.82 FTE) Hours: 14 hours per week, over 2 set days Location: Kent Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract About the role: We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Enhancement Worker to join our clients team and provide holistic, person centred support to women within a specialist setting. Working collaboratively with individuals and colleagues, you will provide one to one support around emotional and practical needs, helping people build confidence, develop resilience and prepare for future transitions. You will also co-produce and deliver group wellbeing activities, creating opportunities for individuals to recognise their strengths, develop self-compassion and improve their overall wellbeing.
