Key Responsibilities:
- Install and fit kitchens in social housing properties.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Joiner.
- Relevant joinery certifications.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and safety standards.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience Requirements:
- Must have a valid CSCS card.
- Previous experience in kitchen fitting is essential.
- Experience in social housing or public sector roles preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Rate: £24 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
This is a temporary position for 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The role involves working on social housing properties in the Edinburgh EH16 area.
