About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Front of House Administrator to work with our Edinburgh based client on a temporary basis. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a varied administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house reception service
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they are signed in and directed appropriately
- Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and post
- Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings
- Assisting with general office administration
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering stationery when required
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a reception, customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, positive and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
