Morgan Hunt currently requires a Deputy Facilities Manager for FE College - East London Pay Rate: £25ph Ltd to £30ph Ltd Hours: 35 hrs 8am to 16:00pm Mon to Fri Location: East London Duration 3 months on going contract Must have Enhanced Children DBS Certificate on update service or Happy to apply for DBS Certificate PURPOSE OF JOB: To support the Facilities Manager in the operational delivery of facilities management services at the Campus and to deputise for the Facilities Manager in their absence. To support the Facilities Manager in managing the campus space, optimising the learning environment, utilising both teaching and non-teaching accommodation, together with the efficient operation of moves and relocations. To support the Facilities Manager in keeping the premises safe, clean and presentable. Undertake basic maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting decorating and carpentry tasks. Complete cross-campus deliveries.
