I'm looking for a Change Business Analyst to join a growing change function supporting a range of business improvement and digital change initiatives across the organisation.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career Analyst looking to broaden their experience, take ownership of their work and develop within a varied change environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Mapping current and future processes
- Engaging with stakeholders across different departments
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Supporting digital transformation, system implementations and wider change projects
- Working across business and technology teams
What I'm looking for:
- Around 6 months to 2 years Analysis/Change experience
- Experience of requirements gathering and process mapping
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, curious and comfortable working independently
You'll join at an exciting time with plenty of change underway including a major new management system alongside a wider pipeline of improvement initiatives.
