I'm recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Support Co-ordinator to join an established team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting organisation wide transformation, digitalisation and service improvement initiatives. Working across a range of projects you will help drive meaningful change through the effective use of people, processes, data and technology to improve services for customers, enhance colleague experience and support the delivery of strategic objectives. As part of the Transformation Team you will support the planning, co-ordination and delivery of projects that help modernise the 'way we work'. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation to support business improvement activities, digital transformation projects, service redesign initiatives and employee engagement programmes. You will help ensure projects remain on track, risks are managed effectively and intended benefits are delivered. Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate and support the delivery of business improvement and transformation projects. Help implement digitalisation and channel-shift initiatives that improve customer and colleague experiences. Support project planning, monitoring, reporting and governance activities. Work with managers and project leads to identify and manage risks, dependencies and priorities.
