Job Title: Health and Social Care Lecturer

Salary: Up to £42,700
About the Role / Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching T levels and BTEC levels 2 and 3, ensuring students receive an exceptional learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Health and Social Care courses including T levels and BTEC levels 2 and 3.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality instruction.
- Assess and support students in achieving their academic goals.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance student learning.
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Must be a fully qualified teacher.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Education Requirements:
- Degree in Health and Social Care or related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or willingness to obtain one.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience teaching in Further Education or similar environments.
- Knowledge of curriculum requirements for T levels and BTEC.
- Experience in assessing and supporting diverse learners.
