Key Responsibilities:
- Clear out empty properties, including the removal of furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Assist trades staff with general labouring duties.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas.

- Support maintenance teams with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
