Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an Asset Officer whose responsibilities will encompass procurement strategy development, contract management, compliance oversight, and strategic asset management.
The role will be for around 6 months.
Key
Responsibilities: Supervise investment and asset management projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Manage costs and funding requirements for projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to strategic asset management planning and maintain accurate stock condition information.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
Experience
Required: Direct experience in development and property asset management services.
Knowledge of Public Contracts Scotland and Procurement Legislation.
Understanding of SHQS and EESSH standards.
Strong customer focus and experience in a community environment.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
