This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Support Team under the direction of the Support Services Manager. You will play a key role in delivering and developing support services, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and assistance., * Manage and support the team in delivering customer-focused services, including developing support plans, risk assessments, and move-on plans
