I am working with our Housing Association client based in the Scottish Borders to recruit an experienced Housing Officer for a period of 2 months. The candidate will have 2-3 years' experience working as a Housing Officer in Social Housing.

Experience of the following is required:

  • Rent arrears management
  • Anti-Social Behaviour Management
  • Empty Homes management
  • Estate Management
  • Customer Service skills and knowledge of relevant up to date legislation.

The role is full time Monday - Friday (8.45am - 5.00pm) 35 hours per week. The candidate will be required to drive their own vehicle, have a disclosure and travel around the Scottish Borders as required.
