Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to provide effective administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider HR team, supporting day-to-day HR processes and ensuring employee records and documentation are maintained accurately and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.

Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including preparing documentation and arranging interviews.

Assist with new starter and leaver processes.

Prepare HR letters, contracts and other employee documentation.

Support absence, holiday and other employee-related administration.

Assist with payroll-related administration and provide relevant information when required.

Respond to employee and manager queries in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Support HR reporting and produce reports when required.

Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with relevant policies and legislation.

Assist with general HR projects and initiatives as required.

Essential Experience Previous experience working in an HR administration role or similar.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience maintaining confidential employee information.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
