Morgan Hunt are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Officer to provide temporary cover within a Housing Association reactive repairs department. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 8 weeks, with potential to extend (subject to service needs).
Key Duties
- Repairs and voids administration and coordination
- Contractor performance monitoring and compliance checks
- Customer complaints handling and resolution
- Budget monitoring, accruals, and financial processing
- Invoice processing and value-for-money checks
- KPI tracking and service performance reporting
- Delivering high standards of customer service and call handling
- Ensuring compliance with procurement, health & safety, and CDM regulations
- Experience with securing Scottish Government grants is desirable
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in housing, property maintenance, or reactive repairs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch):
Location
Predominantly office-based, with one day per week WFH and some ad hoc flexibility. Slight flexibility on start/finish times may be available.
