Morgan Hunt is recruiting experienced Window Fitters to work with a large maintenance organisation delivering improvement works within occupied residential properties. This role involves working respectfully in tenants' homes while completing high-quality window replacement and finishing works.
You will be responsible for the removal of existing timber windows and installation of modern UPVC replacements, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Job Role- Removing existing windows from residential properties
- Installing new UPVC window units
- Completing UPVC wrap-around finishes to window reveals
- Applying internal mastic seals to ensure a clean and weather-tight finish
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and cleanliness within occupied homes
- Communicating professionally with tenants and site supervisors
- Following all health and safety procedures on site
- Proven experience as a Window Fitter / UPVC Installer
- Experience working within occupied properties
- Ability to remove windows and install UPVC units to a high standard
- Skilled in finishing work including wrap-arounds and internal mastic sealing
- Valid CSCS card (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach
40 Hours a week job & Finish. Will consider pairs/squads. £23ph.
